Happy Halloween
The best part of Halloween is that for 24 hours you can ignore any pangs of sadness you feel towards people who look disgruntled, unhappy, or unhealthy. You can put on the blinders and just assume they are in costume.
Plus it makes you wonder if in fact that sad-looking, frumpy woman is actually really happy and funny.

The one that got away
When asked about "Nothingman" in an interview, Eddie Vedder stated, "The idea is about if you love someone and they love you, don't fuck up...'cause you are left with less than nothing." Discussing his attitude toward his first wife Vedder commented "But I just know that without her, I'd be a kite without a string, a nothing man."

My very first comic
This was the very first comic I ever did. It took me about a bazillian years. Wowzas.
My best friend Kerm and I decided to travel down a river in a double person raft. It goes down in history as one of the best days of my life.

Engaging Reality (times two)
Alzheimer's runs in my family and I therefore have to find a way to laugh in the face of the depressing fact that I will someday lose my mind -- granted it may already be too late. Every time I hear someone say, "I will remember this forever" I add in the subtext "Or until I get Alzheimer's."
Of course, given the fact that I am a comitment-phobe, I don't really have to worry about the above story taking place in my life. My moment would look a little more like this:
